URGENT PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL

McKesson Pharma is conducting a voluntary recall of the above NDC and lots of the Oseltamivir 6 MG/ML Suspension to the Consumer (Patient) level.  McKesson Pharma is voluntarily recalling the medication because it was distributed by McKesson after the lots expiration dates of 11/30/2024 and 12/31/2024. This withdrawal is being undertaken voluntarily to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.  Affected product started shipping January 2025.

Consumer/Patient/Caregiver Action:
If you have the affected product being recalled, it is recommended that you stop using and return it to your Rite Aid store. 

This withdrawal action is being made with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
