Also as explained in our Privacy Policy, we do not fulfill such requests with respect to any Protected Health Information (PHI), which is subject to the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and/or the California Confidentiality of Medication Information Act (CMIA). Note that you may directly access certain information if you have an online account by logging in to your account (e.g., contact information, profile). You may also correct some of your personal information there. Please note that submitting a deletion request will terminate your participation in our Rite Aid Rewards program and you will lose any accrued points.
