Alcon is voluntarily recalling the above NDC and lot due to one (1) reported complaint of visible foreign material within a single unused On-the-Go vial. This recall is to the Consumer level. Affected product started shipping April 2024.
Contact your healthcare provider for any medical-related questions. Customers should immediately discontinue use of any remaining units of Systane Lubricant Eye Drops Ultra PF, Single Vials On-the-Go, 25 count (Lot 10101). Please contact the retailer where you purchased the product for instructions on how to obtain a replacement or refund.
