Dr. Reddy's is voluntarily recalling the above NDC and lot due to the product complaint received for mislabeling. The preprinted text content on the infusion bag for the lot indicates product information as Levetiracetam in 082% sodium chloride injection (500mg/100ml). The label on the aluminum over wrap has the product information as Levetiracetam .75% sodium chloride injection (1,000mg/100ml). This recall is to the Consumer level. Affected product started shipping November 2024.
Consumer Information: Patients should contact their doctor or health care provider for medical-related questions. If you have the affected product being recalled, it is recommended that you stop using and return it to your Rite Aid store.
