URGENT!!! DRUG RECALL!!! URGENT!!!

Alvogen is voluntarily recalling the above NDC and lot due to the possibility that patches could potentially be multi-stacked, adhered one on top of the other, in a single product pouch. There is a possibility that the application of a multi-stacked 25 mcg/h patch could result in serious, life threatening, or fatal respiratory depression. Groups at potential increased risk could include first-time recipients of such patches, children, and the elderly.

This recall is to the Consumer level. Affected product started shipping June 2024.

If you have the affected product described above, you should immediately remove any patch currently in use and contact your health care provider. If you have unused product you should return it to your pharmacy for replacement. You should contact your physician or health care provider if you have experienced any problems that may be related to taking or using this drug product.
